Canady Le Chocolatier began oversees, as its owner, Michael Canady, was out on extended assignment in Saudi Arabia. Vacationing in Europe, he was encouraged to study in Lucerne, Switzerland where Michael learned the basics of chocolates. Treating his art form as a hobby; Michael started a small business out of his home in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, providing chocolates to the locals and international community alike.
