Coming soon to Chicago French Market, Klay Oven Kitchen offers freshly ground and roasted Indian spices, brewed teas and made-to-order bowls and wraps. This 20-year-old, family-owned restaurant’s French Market location houses over 25 varieties of fresh Indian spices ranging from cumin, fennel, turmeric and cardamom to black salt, star anise, and mustard seeds, all at a reasonably low price.
Klay Oven Kitchen is perfect for lunch or an early dinner and gives guests the option to fill their bowls or wraps with an array of Indian flavors including organic vegetables, sauces, chutneys, and hung (a flavored Indian yogurt). Klay Oven Kitchen also offers a selection of breakfast options including Indian teas and pastries.
