Founded in Denver in 1984, Pappardelle’s Pasta Co. is a “mom & pop” company making handcrafted gourmet pasta. Originally making just six flavors of pasta, Pappardelle’s now features over 100 varieties ranging from traditional combinations like its Italian Pesto Blend or garden spinach angel hair, to exotic offerings such as fanciful fruit gemelli, dark chocolate linguine, Spanish saffron trenette, spring medley orzo, Tunisian harissa fettuccine and sweet potato pappardelle.  This wide assortment includes dried and fresh-frozen long and short cut pasta, gnocchi, ravioli and tortelloni, as well as sauces, pesto, bruschetta, oils, vinegars and marinades.

Pappardelle’s goal is simple – perfect pasta! The company has spent years perfecting its international flavor profile, and employs time-honored Italian pasta making techniques using small batches, high quality durum semolina and other all natural ingredients, bronze dies and slow two-day low heat drying to “tease” water out of the pasta. All Pappardelle’s creations are complex enough to stand alone as a simple yet elegant meal – simply add a touch of your favorite oil or pesto and a sprinkling of fresh grated cheese.
