Owner Israel Szudler has more than 35 years of experience in Mediterranean culinary art. Though born in Russia, Szudler developed a passion for Mediterranean cuisine at 25 while working as Assistant Chef in a top Moscow restaurant. At 35, he broadened his knowledge of the Mediterranean kitchen by moving to Israel and working his way up to head chef. Szudler later transferred this vast experience into his own highly successful catering company, which he ran for 10 years.

Szudler frequently travels to the Mediterranean countries of Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, France and Italy to expand his expertise because as he describes it, “the cooking experience is infinite and fusion of multiple cuisines is ineveitable and necessary to create the perfect food experience.”
